PURPOSE: A light receiver, a light receiving method and a transmission system thereof are provided to reduce a time difference of photographing timing when photographing multiple times.;CONSTITUTION: A multi-exposure area selecting unit (2) selects a single exposure line for one time exposure in predetermined unit time and a multi-exposure line for multiple exposures in the predetermined unit time from N lines. A multi-exposure controlling unit (3) simultaneously performs one time exposure of the single exposure line at first exposure time and a first exposure of the multi-exposure line at the first exposure time in the predetermined unit time. The multi-exposure controlling unit performs a second time exposure at second exposure time.
