PURPOSE: Detection of unplugged local coils in a nuclear magnetic resonance tomograph is provided to optimize a detection process of the unplugged local coils.;CONSTITUTION: Local coils (106A,106B,106C,106D) for a magnetic resonance tomograph include radio frequency identification (RFID) tags. One or more RFID tag transmission frequencies for transmitting RFID signals of the RFID tags are a transmission frequency of the magnetic resonance tomograph. One or more RFID tag transmission frequencies is 42.6 MHz, 62-63 MHz, 85.2 MHz, 127.8 MHz, or 298.2 MHz of an RFID tag transmission frequency per basic-field strength tesla of the magnetic resonance tomograph.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
