PURPOSE: A vehicle battery charging system reduces manufacturing costs and makes products light caused by the reduction in the number of components by integrating a charger and a low-voltage DC-DC converter into one device.;CONSTITUTION: A first full-bridge circuit (30) converts DC power inputted from the outside into AC power and outputs the AC power. A transformer (40) is connected to an external configuration through a primary side input terminal (42), a secondary side first output terminal (44), and a secondary side second output terminal (46). A second full-bridge circuit (50) operates in two selection modes by a control signal transmitted from a control unit (80). An output circuit (70) rectifies power inputted from the secondary side second output terminal and supplies the power to a low-voltage battery.
