Provided are a temperature control system and a temperature control method using fuzzy logic applying the operation time of boilers different from each other by separating periods in which a temperature change element other than an indoor heating system is applied or not applied. A temperature control system using fuzzy logic includes: a sensor unit measuring a current indoor temperature value at preset time intervals; a data processing value which processes the difference between a section representative temperature value and a set temperature value calculated based on the current temperature value as a first input value and which processes the amount of temperature change during a first preset period as a second input value; and a fuzzy computing unit which determines the boiler operation time by applying the first and second input values to a first membership function, wherein the fuzzy computing unit determines the boiler operation time by applying a second membership function different from the first membership function during the period in which other temperature change element other than the boiler is present.
