The present invention relates to an automation apparatus for water quality improvement by energy self-reliance and a remote control. The automation apparatus for water quality improvement is characterized in comprising a water quality improvement apparatus which includes a warm upper layer inlet positioned in a warm upper layer at the water level, a density current diffusion part positioned in a temperature gradient layer, a detained lower layer inlet positioned in a detained lower layer, and a driving motor for rotating an impeller positioned in the density current diffusion part; a lift device which is positioned in the upper part of the water quality improvement apparatus, floats on the water surface by buoyancy, and lifts the water quality improvement apparatus so that the density current diffusion part is positioned in the temperature gradient layer; and a solar energy generating panel which is installed on the upper side of the lift device, generates electricity with sunlight, and supplies electric energy to the lift device and the driving motor. As such, the density current diffusion part is always able to be positioned in the temperature gradient layer, which enables to more efficiently improve the water quality. Monitoring and every operations are performed with a remote control, and the control is efficiently performed.
