Disclosed is an apparatus for separation and concentration of minerals capable of effectively separating and collecting minerals from seawater such as deep ocean water or lava seawater easily absorbed in the body and having a large amount of dissolved minerals. The present invention provides an apparatus for separation and concentration of minerals which is characterized in comprising a sodium salt solution supplier for providing sodium salts; an electrodialysis double decomposition apparatus in which solutions with a large amount of calcium chloride and sodium sulfate are provided to respective discharge streams by being supplied with mineral-concentrated solution containing calcium salts, sodium salts and magnesium salts RO-excluded from seawater, and the sodium salt solution from the solution supplier; a settling tank for precipitating calcium sulfate by mixing calcium chloride stream and sodium sulfate stream ejected from the electrodialysis double decomposition apparatus; and an electrodialysis desalination machine for receiving the supernatant of the settling tank and separating calcium chloride solution. According to the present invention, various minerals included in seawater and easy to be absorbed in the body is able to be separated and collected at a high concentration, and mineral water suitable for the human body is able to be manufactured by mixing the minerals appropriately.
