PURPOSE: A bicycle capable of being coupled to a wheel chair is provided to make bicycle users move the wheel chair with the bicycle by conveniently and easily coupling a handle which protrudes downward at the top of a manual wheel chair to handle clamps of handle grips by controlling the height of a head set and adjusting the position of a handle bar and the handle grips on the handle bar.;CONSTITUTION: A bicycle comprises a head set(200), a stem(400), a handle bar(500), a position adjusting unit, and handle grips(600). The height-adjustable head set is installed on the top of a front fork. The stem is fixed on the top of the head set and is extended forward lengthwise. The handle bar is installed to move along a longitudinal direction of the stem. The position adjusting unit is arranged in the stem and the handle bar to adjust the fixed position of the stem and the handle bar. The handle grips are coupled to both ends of the handle bar to move along the longitudinal direction of the handle bar and each of the handle grips comprises a handle clamp for coupling a handle of the wheelchair.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
