PURPOSE: A hybrid refrigerator is provided to improve the performance and the reliability of a compressor by helping vaporization of a refrigerant of a vapor compression type refrigerator by using waste heat of cooling water.;CONSTITUTION: A hybrid refrigerator includes an absorption type refrigerator(10) and a vapor compression type refrigerator(40). A condenser(42) is installed in a regenerator(11), a second condenser(42) is installed between a condenser and a liquid receiver(43) of a refrigerant conduit(46), and a heat radiation heat exchanger(52) is installed in the cooling water circulation bypass conduit by connecting a cooling water circulation bypass conduit(51) with an outlet(14') and an inlet(14) of a cooling water conduit of a cooling water circulation conduit(20). A heat absorption heat exchanger(55) maintaining heat exchange relation with the heat radiation heat exchanger is installed in the second refrigerant conduit by connecting a second refrigerant conduit(53) where a second expansion valve(54) is formed between the liquid receiver and an inlet of a compressor(41) of the refrigerant conduit.
