PURPOSE: A lightweight and watertight air conditioning duct for a drillship is provided to increase the strength of an air conditioning duct with a corrugation part and to thin the thickness of the air conditioning duck, thereby reducing overall weight of the air conditioning duct. CONSTITUTION: A lightweight and watertight air conditioning duct for a drillship comprises corrugation parts(10), a sleeve(20), and a flange(30). The length of the lightweight and watertight is 3m and the thickness thereof is 3mm. Three corrugation parts are longitudinally repeated. In each corrugation part, two corrugations whose pitch is 30mm are repetitively formed. The leading angle of the corrugation parts is at 120. The lightweight and watertight air conditioning ducts are connected in a single body to manufacture a lightweight and watertight air conditioning duct module(200).
