PURPOSE: An integrated management control system for disaster prevention is provided to rapidly recognize a fire and vibrations by accurately determining the generation of the fire and the vibrations in the initial stages. CONSTITUTION: A fire detection sensor means(110) comprises a smoke detecting sensor, a heat detecting sensor, a temperature sensor, an air quality detecting sensor, and a wind direction detecting sensor. A vibration detecting sensor unit(120) senses vibrations by earthquake or external shocks. An intelligent agent(140) stores and analyzes fire detection information and vibration sensing information collected from sensor units. Middleware(150) collects analyzed information from the intelligent agent and transmits collected information. An integrated control center(160) comprehensively diagnoses the information transmitted from the middleware and manages and controls the state of a building or an establishment in real time.
