Disclosed are a method for producing a porous body of a biomaterial in which a biocompatible polymer is infiltrated into a porous body of a biomaterial, and a porous body of a biomaterial. The method not only easily obtains the interconnected open pore structure but also can easily solve the problem of low strength of the conventional biomaterial porous body.
