PURPOSE: A lower base for dispersing the container load and self-weight reducing, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to stably support the base using a side frame having thin thickness. CONSTITUTION: A lower base for dispersing the container load and self-weight reducing includes side frames(101), connection frames(103), horizontal reinforcing bars(105), and vertical reinforcing units(107). The side frames are arranged with intervals having the size corresponding to the width of a container for transferring high-capacity cargos. The connection frames are arranged with intervals having the size corresponding to the length of the container, and connect ends of the side frames facing each other. The horizontal reinforcing bars connect the side frames. The vertical reinforcing units are combined to the horizontal reinforcing bar.
