PURPOSE: An internet small sum refunding device and a method thereof are provided to efficiently process a small sum refunding task by refunding an amount of money when money predeposited into a virtual account of a corresponding client is greater than a preset refund standard amount. CONSTITUTION: A data input/output module(301) receives predetermined refund data including a refund for a client from an n-Internet affiliate server receiving a small sum refund request of the client. A refund predeposit processing module(302) sets a virtual account of the client. The refund predeposit processing module predeposits the refund for the client included in the refund data to the virtual account. A refund processing module(303) compares the predeposited refund with a preset refund standard amount.
