PURPOSE: A photovoltaic power generation control system for estimating maximum power by using perturbation and a measuring method with variable voltage increment and a method thereof are provided to minimize width of self-induced vibration in a surrounding maximum power point(MPP), thereby approaching the MPP. CONSTITUTION: An output voltage and a current of a photovoltaic array module are sensed. Output increment and voltage increment of the photovoltaic array module are calculated(S100). Present variable voltage increment is calculated by using previous variable voltage increment. The variable voltage increment calculated in a present output voltage of the photovoltaic array module.
