AUTO WASHING EQUIPMENT OF CRUDE OIL TANK

PURPOSE: An automatic washing apparatus of a crude oil storage tank is provided to enable an effective pulverization of sludge by the temperature rise of the fluid-liquid for spray using a boiler, a first and second heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: A driving device(20) horizontally rotates a driving nozzle unit(10), makes a movement toward up and down and controls an angle. A temporary storage tank(30) inhales and stores the crude oil(3) from the inside of a crude oil storage tank(1) being connected to a first pipe(31). The first pipe has an oil filter(31a) which filters the foreign substances in the crude oil and the inhalation pump(31b) installed. A heat exchanger(40) makes a heat exchanged crude oil to be supplied to the driving nozzle unit after the heat exchange of the crude oil stored in the temporary storage tank. A spray pump is installed in a third pipe and it supplies the crude oil to the driving nozzle unit through the heat exchanger of the temporary storage tank. A crude oil heating apparatus(50) is composed to circulate the steam of a boiler(51) through the heat exchanger and the temporary storage tank. A centrifuge(60) supplies the crude oil in which a sludge and water is separated. The driving nozzle unit is composed of a flexible hose connected to a second pipe(41) and a spray nozzle combined to the end of hose with a hinge. A screw conveyor(63) which discharges a non fluid sludge separated from a centrifuge and a discharge hopper(64) is consecutively installed in a centrifuge. A sub heat exchanger(70) is installed in a connecting pipe(52) which penetrates inside of the temporary storage tank. An inactive gas storage tank(80) supplies an inactive gas to inside of the crude oil storage tank being connected to the crude oil tank by pipe. A fixing pipe is connected to the direction upward and downward in the upper part of the crude oil storage tank.
