PURPOSE: A method for informing of refrigerator efficiency and a refrigerator for implementing the same are provided to induce a user to arrange articles stored inside the refrigerator, thereby efficiently using the refrigerator, and improving cooling efficiency.;CONSTITUTION: A method for informing of refrigerator efficiency comprises: A step(S1) of measuring temperature on the inside of a refrigerator(100) with a sensor(110), a step(S3) of calculating necessary time for dropping in unit temperature of the refrigerator(100) based on the change of temperature, which is measured by the sensor(110), with time; a step(S5) of determining the cooling efficiency on the inside of the refrigerator(100) by comparing the calculated necessary time with reference time related to the cooling efficiency; and a step(S7) of outputting information about the determined cooling efficiency.
