PURPOSE: A controlling and driving apparatus based on module in a high voltage power supply and the high voltage power supply with the apparatus for an image forming apparatus are provided to modularize a control unit and a driving unit connected to the first side of a transformer of the high voltage power supply to standardize the first side, thereby reducing a use amount of molding solution.;CONSTITUTION: A controlling/driving circuit unit of a transformer includes an LPF(Low Pass Filter)(224) and a switching controller(226). The switching controller amplifies a signal passing the LPF. The switching controller receives the amplified signal by a driving voltage to generate a high frequency switching signal and receives fed back high output to control high output. An input connection unit(222) connects external input of the high voltage power supply with the controlling/driving circuit unit in the first side.
