PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an oxide nitride phosphor is provided to have a simple production process and to manufacture a large amount of the oxide nitride phosphor with high purity and excellent light efficiency by a low cost.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an oxide nitride phosphor indicated in chemical formula: [(Me_(1-v) Am_v)_(1-w) Re_w]_3 Si_6 (O_(1-x)F_2x)_(15-3y) (N_(1-z)F_3z)_2y comprises: a step of providing alkali metal halogenide, alkali earth metal oxide, alkali earth metal halogenide, rare earth metal oxide, and silicon source; a step of reacting the reaction mixture in a furnace by sintering a mixed gas to react with an reaction mixture; and a step of washing the reaction product and obtaining the oxide nitride phosphor by precipitating the reaction product by an acid solution.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
