PURPOSE: A porous artificial riprap for a revetment structure in a coastal zone, a manufacturing method thereof, and a revetment structure using the same are provided to prevent air pollution by reducing the generation of carbon dioxide. CONSTITUTION: A porous artificial riprap for a revetment structure in a coastal zone comprises an assembly molded using multiple aggregate members, and multiple water permeable holes(12). The aggregate members are composed of waste materials, such as waste concrete or bottom ash. The water permeable holes are formed when the assembly is molded. Minute gaps are formed between the aggregate members.
