PURPOSE: A double sliding window with an increased thermal insulation and a frame assembly thereof are provided to block external cold air by well maintaining a seal between a double sliding window frame and a door, and improve thermal insulation effectiveness by aligning the lines between thermal insulating materials which are respectively equipped in the double sliding window frame and the door. CONSTITUTION: A double sliding window frame assembly(10) includes a double sliding window(100) and a double sliding window frame(200). The double sliding window(100) includes a door(110). One side of the door(110) is equipped with a hollow insulation part(120) and the other side of that is equipped with an insulating material(130). The double sliding window frame(200) includes a first frame(210), insulating materials(220), a second frame(230), and a third frame(250). The first frame(210) includes a hollow insulation part(211), a guide rail(213), and an insulating material support member(215). The insulating materials(220) are respectively coupled to both ends of the insulating material support member(215). The second frame(230) includes a hollow insulation part(231), which is equipped with an insulating material support member(232), a guide rail(233), and an insect screen guide rail(235). The guide rail(233) and the insect screen guide rail(235) are formed at the upper portion of the hollow insulation part(231) in a vertical direction. The third frame(250) includes a hollow insulation part(251), which is equipped with an insulating material support member(252), a guide rail(253), and a windproof rail(255). The guide rail(253) and the windproof rail(255) are formed at one side of the upper portion of the hollow insulation part(251) in a vertical direction.
