PURPOSE: A method for cleansing high chrome ferrite group stainless steel is provided to quantitively confirm an amount of oxidizer hydrogen peroxide being added, to have no residue of the oxidation scale of the stainless steel plate, and to enhance surface gloss. CONSTITUTION: A method for cleansing high chrome ferrite group stainless steel comprises next steps. A mixed acid pickling agent comprises acid 80-150g/l, free hydrofluoric acid 8-30g/l, and hydrogen peroxide 3-20g/l, however, does not comprises silver Fe+3 ion. A step for dipping into the acid pickling agent comprises next processes. Firstly, high chrome ferrite group stainless is dipped into the mixed acid pickling agent of 30 to 40C. Secondly, the high chrome ferrite group stainless is dipped into the mixed acid pickling agent of 35 to 45C. Whole time for the first and second dipping processes is 25 to 72 seconds.
