PURPOSE: A device and a method for interference cancellation using MU-MIMO scheme in single carrier frequency division multiple access system are provided to improve the performance of receiving by minimizing the mutual interference phenomenon in SC-FDMA(Single Carrier Frequency Division Multiple Access) system. CONSTITUTION: A received data forming unit(110) forms the channel estimation value according to each terminal and received data from the signal of a plurality of terminals. When a part of the received data among a plurality of terminals is second received data, the selection output unit(120) outputs second received data to the higher layer. An interferential signal generator(130) creates the interferential signal from the second received data. An SIMO(Single Input Multiple Output) receiver(140) removes the interferential signal from the first received data. The SIMO receiver outputs the first received data to the higher layer.
