PURPOSE: An adhesion type inner skin of a helmet is provided to improve the feeling of wearing by buffering action and to allow it to be adhered to or removed from the inner part of all kinds of helmets. CONSTITUTION: An adhesion type inner skin of a helmet comprises an arch-shape head unit(110) comprising a net connected by double cloth; a sweat receiving part(120) connected to the one end of the head part for absorbing sweat; and a fixing unit(140) adhering it to the helmet or separating it from the helmet. In the head part, the net of big pattern and the net of small pattern are connected with forming a space. The sweat receiving part comprises a cotton texture part; a first supporting part fixing the cotton texture part to one side; and a first Velcro part(130) fixed to the other side of the first supporting part.
