Auto Sample exchange apparatus of Prompt Gamma Activation Analysis

PURPOSE: An automatic specimen exchanging device of a prompt gamma ray radioactivation analyzer is provided to accurately radiate neutron on a specimen because a position of the specimen accommodated in a specimen box is constantly aligned all the time, thereby stably perform an analysis. CONSTITUTION: An automatic specimen exchanging device of a prompt gamma ray radioactivation analyzer comprises a specimen box(21), a specimen plate, a body(23), a specimen entering and discharging unit(25), and a specimen exchange unit(27). A specimen(S) is accommodated in the inside of the specimen box being installed in an in-and-out port of a radiation chamber(10). A plurality of the specimens and the specimen box are seated. A specimen box in-and-out port is installed in the top surface of the body and automatically makes the specimen box draw in and out the inside of the radiation chamber. The specimen exchanging unit inserts the specimen seated on the specimen plate to the specimen box. The specimen exchanging unit draws out the inspected specimen from the specimen box, thereby seating on the specimen plate.
