An application service system and a method of the wireless Internet based on QoS(Quality of Service) are provided to analyze the performance of a Web application providing system and provide a service selected by a communication terminal with an optimum QoS. A communication terminal(100) groups Web applications and provides a Web application-grouped connection menu according to QoS. An Internet gateway platform(130) provides an Internet browsing service to the communication terminal through a radio access network and a 3rd generation communication network. An application portal platform(140) provides an integrated gateway of a Web application corresponding to the grouped connection menu to the Internet gateway platform. An internal application server(150) provides contents of the Web application according to QoS determined from the grouped connection menu to the application portal platform.
