Level Shiter And Liquid Crystal Display Using The Same

A level shifter and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device using the same are provided to enable a high speed operation of the level shifter by controlling pull-up and pull-down transistors using a feed-back voltage. A level shifter includes pull-up and pull-down transistors(M5,M6) and a bias voltage generator(150). The pull-up transistor supplies a high voltage(Vdd) as an output voltage in response to a voltage of a first bias node(Nb1). The pull-down transistor supplies a low voltage(Vss) as the output voltage in response to a voltage of a second bias node(Nb2). The bias voltage generator receives an input voltage, the output voltage, the high voltage, and the low voltage, and supplies bias voltages, which are opposite to the logical value of the input and output voltages, to the first and second bias nodes. The low voltage is supplied as the output voltage when the low voltage is supplied as the input voltage. The high voltage is supplied as the output voltage when a second high voltage(Vcc), which has a different voltage level from the high voltage, is supplied as the input voltage.
