PURPOSE: A transceiving angle extraction device of a biastatic radar is provided to effectively and accurately discriminate a target in a biastatic radar.;CONSTITUTION: A transceiving angle extraction device(30) consists of an RCS(Radar Cross Section) generation unit(31), a characteristic vector extraction unit(32), a classification learning unit(33) and an angle extraction unit(34). The RCS generation unit classifies a side angle of radar targets at a constant interval by setting at least two radar targets of different shape. The RCS generation unit calculates a bistatic RCS of each side angle of radar targets by a receiver making a candidate angle. The characteristic vector extraction unit extracts characteristic vectors of a target using a time-frequency domain analysis method and classifies the extracted characteristic vectors into first and second characteristic vector groups. The characteristic vector extraction unit classifies characteristic vectors having a side angle of an odd number into the first characteristic vector group and characteristic vectors having a side angle of an even number into the first characteristic vector group. The classification learning unit learns a classifier classifying a target using the first characteristic vector group by a candidate angle.
