Silymarin-loaded solid dispersion system with surface-attached method

摘要

PURPOSE: An oral solid dispersion composition of silymarin by novel surface attachment method is provided to ensure excllent fluidity and to improve elution. CONSTITUTION: A silymarin solid dispersion comosition contains 20-45 wt% of polyvinyl pyrrolidone, 6-30 wt% of polysorbate, and 45-65 wt% of silymarin. The composition is manufactured in a pharmaceutical form containing white sugar, antiseptic, and perfume and diluents.
