Manufacturing method of natural dye using Curcuma longa Linne and Calendula arvensis

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of natural dye is provided to obtain the lighter yellow color than the existing natural dyes by fermenting a mixture including turmeric and marigold. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of natural dye comprises the following steps: washing, cutting, and drying collected turmeric; frying the dried turmeric in a caldron; pulverizing the frying turmeric; drying the collected marigold in the shade; mixing the dried marigold powder and turmeric in warm water; fermenting the mixture in a container; putting the fermented turmeric and marigold and boiling the materials; and extracting salt brine by filtering the outcome.
