PURPOSE: An opening and closing device for an ice container, a water purifier with an ice maker, and a hot and cold water dispenser therewith are provided to stably maintain the closed state of a door of an ice container. CONSTITUTION: An opening and closing device for an ice container comprises a door(10) and a drive unit. The door has a door body(4) and door shafts(2). The door shafts are formed on both ends of the top of the door body. The drive unit rotates the door around the door shafts. Power transferred from the drive unit is applied to the door body, and the door is opened and closed.
