PURPOSE: A proteinic marker for diagnosing type 1 diabetic nephropathy is provided to treat type 1 diabetic nephropathy. CONSTITUTION: A proteinic marker for diagnosing type 1 diabetic nephropathy includes glutathione peroxidase 3 of sequence number 1, histone H2A of sequence number 2, glycoprotein m6a of sequence number 3, eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4 and gamma 1 isoform a of sequence number 4, alpha skeletal muscle of sequence number 5, peroxiredoxin-2 of sequence number 6, annexin A3 of sequence number 7, and Neuroendocrine secretory protein 55 of sequence number 8. A composition for diagnosing type 1 diabetic nephropathy contains a material which detects the proteinic marker, the amount of the marker, pattern, or quantum.
