PURPOSE: A radioactive waste liquid processing method using machinery vapor recompression steam and a radioactive waste liquid processing apparatus are provided to reduce energy consumption by reusing latent heat of the steam with a machinery vapor recompression method. CONSTITUTION: A concentrated water transfer pump(5) transfers concentrated water from a concentrated water storage tank(6). A heat exchanger(4) is connected to the concentrated water transfer pump and preheats the concentrated water. A high steam flowing terminal(14) transmits latent heat of high temperature and pressure steam from a high pressure input unit(12) to the concentrated water. A liquid distribution terminal(17) includes a nozzle(17) and a low pressure steam path(173) to transmit the low pressure steam. A drum(18) stores dry powder generated by drying the concentrate water.
