PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a loess earthenware plate for a salt farm bottom surface is provided to include profitable materials in produced salt and exclude harmful materials by forming a clay plate using red clay, white clay, and viscous clay. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a loess earthenware plate for a salt farm bottom surface comprises the following steps. Red clay, white clay, and viscous clay are mixed to form a mixture(S10). Lumps of the mixture are removed, and the mixture is pulverized(S20). The pulverized mixture is mulled with water, and the mulled mixture is firstly cut(S30). Air is removed from the firstly cut mixture, and the mixture is molded to a plate-shape on a mold in a vacuum condition(S40). The plate-shaped mold is secondly cut(S50). The secondly cut mold is air-dried in a shade, and a natural oil medicine is applied on the dried mold(S60). The medicine-applied mold is plasticized, and the plasticized mold is cooled(S70). The mixture comprises 20 to 60 parts by weight of the red clay, 20 to 40 parts by weight of the white clay, and 20 to 40 parts by weight of the viscous clay based on 100.0 parts by weight of the mixture.
