PURPOSE: A method for selecting a transgenic animal using UIGD(ultrasound image-guided gene delivery) technique is provided to simply distinguish a target gene-delivered animal. CONSTITUTION: A method for selecting a transgenic animal in which target proteins are specifically expressed in brain cells comprises: a step of preparing a recombinant retrovirus vector containing one or more genes encoding target proteins and reporter gene; a step of preparing the retrovirus particles using vescular stomatitis virus(VSV-G) glycoprotein expression vector and recombinant retrovirus vector; a step of exposing the uterus by ultrasonic wave and performing microinjection of the retrovirus particles to embryonic ventricle; a step of developing the microinjected embryo; and a step of selecting an individual expressing a reporter gene in the embryo or adult body.
