PURPOSE: An IT automation method for senior welfare business support is provided to secure the transparency of a business process by comparing a program serial number and location information at the beginning of a service with the program serial number and the location information at the end of the service. CONSTITUTION: A mobile client(100) executes a client application to connect to a senior welfare business support server(10). An intrinsic program serial number of the mobile client is transmitted to the senior welfare business support server when a business process is started. The senior welfare business support server stores the intrinsic program serial number. When the business process for a service item is terminated, another intrinsic program serial number of the mobile client is transmitted to the senior welfare business support server.
