PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a palette paper for mixing colors and a palette paper for mixing colors manufactured by the same are provided to safely perform the combination of colors because the spreading phenomenon of paints reduces remarkably by a tensile strength by the glue of a palette paper surface.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a palette paper for mixing colors includes the following steps. A base film is made by mixing a low density polyethylene, a white master batch raw material, and an antistatic agent(S1). A corona discharge treatment is processed for one side of the base film(S2). A surface layer is formed by coating an acryl glue on one side of the base film(S3). A palette having the surface layer coated on the base film is dried(S4). The dried palette is matured and cooled(S5). The matured and cooled palette is laminated into multiple layers(S6). Laminated multiple layers are cut after a release paper and a double-sided adhesion sheet are attached respectively to the top and the bottom of the palette paper(S7).
