Building Remodeling Construction Method Using Precast Concrete Panel, and Remodeled Building Thereof

PURPOSE: A building remodeling method using precast concrete(PC) panels and a remodeled building by the same are provided to improve the strength of beams and columns of a remodeled building by injecting epoxy between two opposite PC panels. CONSTITUTION: A building remodeling method using PC panels is as follows. Fixing members are provided in two columns(200), an upper beam(300), and a lower beam(400) of a remodeled building. The surfaces around the fixing members are roughened. The PC panels are installed in the fixing members. Epoxy is injected between the PC panels and the roughened surfaces.
