PURPOSE: A method for arranging pre-tensional pre-stressed tendons and a pre-stressed concrete girder manufactured by the same are provided to secure a structural stability for a pre-stressed concrete girder, to optimize the utilization of a concrete section maximally utilizing a pre-stressed tensional force, to minimize the effects of an initial creep and dry contraction, and to improve economic efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A method for arranging pre-tensional PS(Pre-Stressed) tendons(120) allows PS tendons to be longitudinally and linearly arranged in a pre-tensional PSC(Pre-Stressed Concrete) girder(100). A Y-axis is upwardly extended from the bottom center(O) of the transverse section of a concrete structure(110). An X-axis is transversely extended from the center, that is, the X-axis is extended in both side directions from the center. In an unbounded section, the PS tendons are not bonded to concrete. Based on the X-axis and the Y-axis, the lengths of the unbounded section for the PS tendons on the horizontal section of the concrete structure become longer towards the both side directions from the center.
