PURPOSE: A device for restraining the generation of green algae and eliminating pathogen inside an aquarium is provided to prevent and reduce the generation of green algae inside an aquarium, to prevent fish diseases, and to promote the growth of water plants.;CONSTITUTION: A device for restraining the generation of green algae and eliminating pathogen inside an aquarium includes a first conductive mesh(30), a second conductive mesh, a spacer, a first case(10) supporting the first conductive mesh, a second case(60) supporting the second conductive mesh, and a ring-shaped connecting part(20). The spacer between the first and the second conductive mesh insulates the first and the second conductive meshes.
