PURPOSE: A repairing device of a bellows in a connecting pipe and a repairing method thereof are provided to improve safety of workers due to low danger of high heat, to prevent an energy loss by reducing the number of air purges, and to reduce repairing costs with stability of equipment due to hot air. CONSTITUTION: A repairing device of a bellows(110) in a connecting pipe(100) includes bricks and is included in the connecting pipe in which the bellows is formed. The repairing device of a bellows in a connecting pipe comprises a refractory(200) filling a gap between the bricks and a bellows protection unit surrounding outside of the bellows. The repairing device of a bellow in a connecting pipe is formed in the outside of the bellows and includes a heat absorbing material(300) absorbing heat. The refractory is pressed between the bellows and the bellows protection unit. The refractory is a castable refractory. The heat absorbing material is a cowl. The repairing method of a bellows in a connecting pipe comprises a step of firstly pressing the refractory into the gap between the bricks; a step of generating the refractory in the outside of the bellows; a step of installing the bellows protection unit; and a step of secondly pressing the refractory between the bellows and the bellows protection unit.
