PURPOSE: A serial type transformer bidirectional DC/DC converter system and a driving method thereof are provided to achieve excellent bidirectional power conversion by configuring a transformer transformation ratio by 1:1. CONSTITUTION: A battery(Vin) is arranged in a first side. A first input module(111) and a second input module(112) are parallelly arranged with the battery. A first output module(121), a second output module(122) and a load(R) are arranged in a second side to correspond to the first input module and the second module, respectively. The first input module and the second input module are arranged to have a 1:1 transformation ratio with respect to the first output module and the second output module.
