A sea water supplying device for fish farming and a sea water supplying method are provided to stably supply the clean sea water and to secure good sterilization and insect removing effects by supplying the sea water directly electrolyzed, at regular intervals of time. The sea water supplying device(100) for fish farming is composed of a sea water supply unit(110) for feeding the predetermined flow of sea water and an electrolysis unit(130) for generating the electrolytic water by electrolyzing the sea water fed from the sea water supply unit. The electrolysis unit is automatically operated or stopped repeatedly at the pre-set time intervals. An intermediate storing unit(140) temporally stores the sea water passing through the electrolysis unit, before the sea water is supplied to the outside.
