PURPOSE: A switching function generator and a switching function generation method for voltage control of a Vienna rectifier applying a triangle wave comparison PWM technique are provided to simply generate a switching function of a Vienna rectifier by applying a triangle comparison PWM technique using two carrier signals.;CONSTITUTION: A normalization member(140) generates a terminal voltage command. The terminal voltage command is normalized by dividing the terminal voltage command outputted from a terminal voltage command calculation unit with voltage corresponding to current link voltage. A carrier wave application unit(150) generates carrier wave. A triangle wave comparator(160) applies the normalized terminal voltage command outputted in the normalization member and the carrier wave applied in the carrier wave application unit in the triangle comparison PWM technique. The triangle wave comparator generates a switching signal for controlling a power semiconductor switch.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
