PURPOSE: A medical information providing system for hospital customer management, a method thereof, and a computer program for implementing the same are provided to implement CRM(Customer Relationship Management) by interlinking digital medical records of existing patients with CRM consulting information by expanding a digital medical recording system in each hospital or building a medical information system in an integrated type of the digital medical records and the CRM consulting information. CONSTITUTION: A medical record management server(22) stores treatment records inputted through a doctor terminal(60) and a nurse terminal(62) in a medical record database(20). A CRM server(32) stores consulting contents inputted through a consultant terminal(70) in a consulting content database(30). A web server(40) provides a part of the consulting contents or treatment records when there is a request from a patient/customer terminal(80). An ARS(Auto Response System)/CTI(Computer Telephony Integration) device(50) implement real time medical consultation between a consultee and a CRM consultant through a voice communication channel.
