PURPOSE: A legs and arms pressure circulator having self-venting function is provided to performing legs and arms pressure massage or abdominal pressure massage. CONSTITUTION: A legs and arms pressure circulator having self-venting function comprises an air pump(12), solenoid blocks(13) which controls airing of air generated from the air pump, a control unit which sequentially controls airing operation by the solenoid block, a plug socket(9) combined with a plurality of airing air lines to the air hose, and air kerf or air band which performs cyclic pressure foil massage action. The solenoid block comprises an air supply stomodaeum, an air supply and exhaust opening, an absorbent-discharging orifice for exhausting the internal air, an air-outlet exhausting the air exhausted to air supply and exhaust opening, and solenoid.
