MUFFLER INTEGRAL TYPE FLOOR PANEL STRUCTURE CAPABLE OF INCREASING RIGIDITY OF A FLOOR PANEL AND OBTAINING AN INDOOR SPACE OF A VEHICLE

PURPOSE: A muffler integral type floor panel structure is provided to increase an indoor space of the vehicle and to lower the height of a tunnel unit by integrally comprising a muffler pipe with a vehicle body according to a front and rear longitudinal direction of the vehicle body in order to increase rigidity of the vehicle body.;CONSTITUTION: A muffler integral type floor panel structure comprises a tunnel unit(S), a tunnel lower panel(120), a muffler pipe(400), and a muffler cover plate(130). The tunnel unit is extended in a front and rear longitudinal direction of a vehicle body at the center of a width direction of a center floor panel(100), and comprises a tunnel upper surface(S10), a tunnel lower surface(S20), and a tunnel side surface(S30). The tunnel lower panel forms the tunnel lower surface and includes an accommodating groove protruding to an upper part in a central point. The muffler pipe is accommodated at the accommodating groove, and exhaust gas passes through the muffler pipe from an engine. The muffler cover plate is separately installed at regular intervals from a lower side of the muffler pipe and is detachably connected to the tunnel lower panel.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
