Hinge type's spoon basket of dish washer, and treating method of the same

A hinge-typed spoon basket of a dish washer and a treating method of the same are provided to be capable of changing relative position of baskets easily by letting the relative position among baskets have plural degree of freedom, and to improve the reliability of the combination according to the application of a hook structure at the combination between the main and auxiliary baskets. A hinge-typed spoon basket(10) of a dish washer is composed of a main basket(20) in which dishes are received; auxiliary baskets(30,40) connected to the main basket; and a hinge(50,60) connected with the main and auxiliary baskets to vary the relative position of the main and auxiliary baskets. Hooks(33,34,43,44) are formed to fix the position in at least one of the main and auxiliary baskets. Hook holes(23,25,26) are formed to hang the hooks in at least one of the main and auxiliary baskets.
