PURPOSE: A carbon master batch manufacturing system, an environmentally-friendly fixed quantity plug type material transfer system thereof and a material transferring method thereof are provided to be capable of transferring a main raw material at a low speed, whereby the raw material is input in a kneading process with the physical property of the raw material well preserved, to prevent the flying of the raw material, and to measure the raw material to be filled in a hopper at an optimum dose, thereby reducing the loss rate of the raw material and defective products, and increasing productivity.;CONSTITUTION: A carbon master batch manufacturing system comprises a hopper(20) supplied with a raw material; a pressure tank(110) using the compressed air to transfer the filled raw material into a feeding pipe; a material measuring unit(120) installed on the pressure tank for a raw material to be measured; a raw material storage tank(130) which stores the raw material transferred through the feeding pipe; a check section(140) installed in the raw material storage tank to check the transferred raw material; multiple pressure detection units(150) installed with a constant interval on the feeding pipe in order to sense the pressure differences of the inside of the feeding pipe; a compressed air injection unit(160) installed between the pressure detection units to inject the compressed air to solve the agglomeration phenomenon of the raw material; a control unit(170) receiving sensed data about the pressure differences from the pressure detection units and controlling the operation of the compressed air injection unit; and a mixer(151) installed on the lower part of the raw material storage tank to mix the transferred material in the raw material storage tank.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013;[Reference numerals] (170) Control unit; (AA,BB) Compressed air; (CC) Raw material;
