PURPOSE: A method for fabricating paper using artificial silk and the paper are provided to uniformly produce high quality paper without load to an eco-system. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating paper using artificial silk comprises: a step of mixing a hemp cloth and a wood material in a weight ratio of 3:7-7:3; a step of adding a NaOH solution to a mixture of hemp bark part and a wood ligneous part; a step of digesting for 2-4 hours and neutralizing; a step of passing the mixture through a mesh with a pore size of 0.7-0.8mm; a step of adding resin to the mixture and crosslinking; and a step of heat-treating the crosslinked mixture at 120-180 deg. C and pulping the mixture.
