PURPOSE: An anti-electromagnetic wave and anti-electromagnetic pulse protection penetration plate hole system is provided to block an electromagnetic pulse coming through a penetration hole in which exhaust gas, including flames, steam gas, or water, passes and to withstand high temperatures. CONSTITUTION: An anti-electromagnetic wave and anti-electromagnetic pulse protection plate penetration hole system(100) includes a protection plate penetration hole filter(110), a protection plate(120), and a heat dissipation plate(130). The protection plate penetration hole filter provides a plurality of penetration holes as paths for exhaust gas, steam gas, air, or moisture and acts as a waveguide for shielding electromagnetic pulses or electromagnetic waves. The protection plate forms first penetration holes for insertion in a first side of the protection plate penetration hole filter and is formed of a conductive material in a circular or polygonal shape. The heat dissipation plate with a metal material forms second penetration holes for insertion in a second side of the protection plate penetration hole filter and forms a plurality of heat dissipation holes for heat dissipation with the second penetration holes. The heat dissipation plate is parallelly arranged with the protection plate to have the same shape and size and has thermal conductivity.
